Main Arena

The Main Arena provides a network of interconnected floor and wall of trampolines allowing participants to glide and fly, like a Ninja. Foam pits are placed in the arena for those who want to progress their skills to go higher and struck the landing. Free Running and Parkour have just gotten easier, thanks to the help of our own main arena. So get ready to put your bouncing skills to the test, as the main arena is the giant playground you’ve all been waiting for.

Kids Arena

Our Kids Zone consists of an Indoor Playground and Junior Main Arena for anyone who is 130cms or under. If they only want to use this area they can buy a Kids Zone Pass. Children 12 months and under are free.

Parents do not need to buy a ticket and can assist by standing on the green padding in the junior tramp arena. But cannot use the trampolines and can assist children in the playground.

Anyone who is under 130cms is welcome to use the rest of the arena if their parents wish (excluding parkour which is strictly 10 years and over). They can then still use the Kids Zone but will need to buy a General Pass.

If parents want to help their children (who are 130cms or under) on the rest of the equipment they can buy a general pass for themselves and a kids zone pass for their child.

Parkour

Parkour has recently grown in popularity due to its rise in pop culture. However fun it may be parkour can be extremely dangerous and is strictly for children 10 years and over. This is to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the activity.

Children under 10 are still able to use the Kids Zone but will need to buy a General Pass.

Slam Ball

What if I told you are able to fly and slam dunk like your favourite basketball players? Well Flip out presents the opportunity to do just that!

Flip Outs own Slam ball course is a feature that provides full height basketball rings that is surrounded by safely placed trampolines and padded walls and flooring. Slam Ball today is one of the dynamic and fastest growing sports. The use of trampolines involves special consideration and an exploding demand of athletic skill allowing people to launch for slam-dunks and other basketball stunts. This activity is a great skill to posses, as participants must possess the hand-eye coordination of basketball players and the dexterity of gymnasts.

Dodge Ball

Dodge ball is one of our most fun and popular activities to choose from, this is a highly energised sport where teams must assemble and work together to survive trampoline war.

This great game sees two teams looking to obtain soft soccer sized dodge balls, whilst looking to use your bouncing and jumping skills to avoid the opposition. The last bouncer standing wins for their team.

This fun work out is in highly demand for parties, friends and visitors putting their dodging and bouncing skills to the test.

Super Tramp

Our range of Olympic trampolines is designed to help provide more bounce and help participants reach new heights. This is an area where our bouncers can attempt to learn highly skilled and advanced manoeuvres. For those looking to move forward and take their bouncing abilities to the next level, this is definitely for you!

Wall Runners

Flip Out provides wall space with trampolines to allow wall runners to perform and develop new tricks. Wall running is a must do experience, an activity that allows one to use their bouncing ability to rebound off a trampoline and run up walls, which is simple but yet so fun.

Indoor Playground

Flip Outs Indoor Playground is a great place for younger kids to enjoy slides, games and many activities that are catered for kid’s fun.

Foam Pit

Our foam pit provide participants with a safe and soft landing, which allows bouncers to fly and practice their aerial manoeuvres safely. This is a great way for bouncers to develop their skills to apply to our own Super and Olympic trampolines. It is suggested to start with simple jumps and get technical as you build your way up.

Ninja Course

Our Ninja courses are inspired by the Australian TV show Ninja Warrior, where obstacles are designed to test the strength, agility and coordination of participants. They must go through various of activities to reach the finish line and put their skill sets to the test, as each circuit shows a different level of difficulty so participants can see personal progression. You think it has what it takes to be a Ninja warrior? Come in and try it out.
